Is the shred enough?
I am wondering if doing the shred alone will make enough of a difference? Because, I have done it for 10 days now and the only thing that I have noticed is a 1 1/2" is down off the hips. it IS paying off!!!
Today was my tenth day of the shred and sixth day since I measured myself. In the last six days I have lost an inch and a half from my hips!!! WOOHOO!!!Yep I am a dork!!! Hopefully more inches come off now.... :)
