I have been using a walmart brand of mio. After awhile just plain water gets hard to swallow. I read the lable and I don't see anything harmful. Anyone else using this?
Finally after 13 1/2 months I reached my first goal of 225lbs from 288. Now just 40 more to go. Wonder how long that will take.
Ok I weighed myself at 226 lbs, did an hour of strength training, nothing to eat or drink, weighed myself after the workout and gained .4 of a pound. Can anyone tell me why this happens?
