Ok, so I'm down to 19% fat and quite happy with my body, but one part I really want to improve is my abs. Turbo Fire - End of week 8 results...
Ok, so since I've started I've lost 7 inches all over, 6 pounds of fat and I am sure I've gained some muscle: BTW sorry about the face with no make up and the rough hair, I take them just after waking up!

Fat percentage
Fat percentage How do you measure fat percentage? I have electronic scales at home, but they tend to change to often, and I’m not sure I rely on them. Is it possible to buy a more accurate device to measure? I know you can get measured at your gym, but I don’t belong to a gym. Thanks!
