Help with energy
So my energy level sucks anyways but I am especially tired on lifting days. Like I threw sandwiches and chips on paper plates for my family's dinner last night tired. I am in a deficit. Is this normal? I want to keep changing my body but I need to at least be able to function the rest of the day. Advice?
