Eating the best part of the day
I wanted to know if that how anyone else. Other then eating i just don't do much. I was really able to go and hang out during my tween/teen years. I would just goto the kitchen and eat sense there was much to do. So now I'm almost 19 i guess just don't really know how. I guess I need to make that effort to start going out.

How to keep not be hunger
I'm trying to have a 1200 calorie intake and it been difficult when i eat dinner its already 700-800 calories so i feel like i can't eat dinner but by that time I'm really even during the day. My goal is to lose 55 pounds but that won't happen if hunger all day. What do you guys do to keep hunger away.
