So stressed out/Keep Changing my mind

I feel like I'm too stressed out about losing weight to actually do it. At first I'm trying to lose weight fast then I'm like ok I'm going to take my time.But when I take my time I'm not consistent, so months go by without weight loss. My gosh this is a struggle. Side note anyone lose 10- 15 pounds in 3 weeks with an overall 50 pounds weight loss goal.
