Is my heart rate too high when exercising?
I recently got my first heart rate monitor watch - a Polar FT4 - and used it for the first time at the gym yesterday. Ideas for healthy toppings on Ryvita?
I usually just have mine with peanut butter (the natural stuff) - but it's so high in calories and I end up overeating it because I love it so much! So I'm trying to cut down my intake. Any suggestions for other healthy toppings? I can never think of interesting ones! Thank you!

I am always surprised by the amount of foods on supermarket shelves marketed as 'healthy' but contain masses of sugar and salt!?
