Cross Fit - logging calories?

Hi everyone,
Sorry if this has been asked before! But curious how to log calories burned for activities like cross-fit, insanity, tabata etc? I know without a HRM it's impossible to get an accurate number, but what would be closest?
Either the high impact aerobics or circuits maybe? Circuits seems to log as higher calories burned, and is probably more like the workout.
Any help much appreciated! :-)

Yes, I use the estimates for circuits or calisthenics, depending on what I actually did that day.0
