Ideas for healthy toppings on Ryvita?

I usually just have mine with peanut butter (the natural stuff) - but it's so high in calories and I end up overeating it because I love it so much! So I'm trying to cut down my intake.

Any suggestions for other healthy toppings? I can never think of interesting ones!

    Try diluting the peanut butter with some extra light Philadelphia.

    Or marmite and philly if you're British (don't try this if you're not British).

    A scraping of yellow mustard and thin sliced Emmenthal or ham is very good.

    Cottage cheese with a tomato and coriander and chilli salsa on the top.

    But there's something about sinking your teeth into the cream cheese that's very satisfying and it tastes good with the ryvita.

    I love them with just Philly lightest. I get the sesame ones. Yum.
