Hmmm, not loosing
I have been watching and recording calories, 1step at a time, not working out yet, for the last 2 1/2 weeks and has only lost half a pound, I think my body is broken or is going to drive me insane, I just want small success. I will keep going and hope to have more results, anyone else here or been there?

I hate stress!!!!, not turning to food......but I'm realizing how that is a true tendency to do that... So helpful to be able to acknowledge that and to vent it

Has anyone completed this. It took me along time with the first cd because I was not consistent but then tried the second cd and it was very hard and I gave up. But am thinking of giving it another go. Especially if there are success stories out there
