Hmmm, not loosing

I have been watching and recording calories, 1step at a time, not working out yet, for the last 2 1/2 weeks and has only lost half a pound, I think my body is broken or is going to drive me insane, I just want small success. I will keep going and hope to have more results, anyone else here or been there?

    I see you are eating only 1220 calories a day - my guess is you need to eat more. Search the forums for "in place of a roadmap" and read the one marked "revised" and follow the instructions.

    I also see that you are eating some rather processed foods. Processed equals a lot of sodium and I retain a ton of water when I do that. Can you change that up?
