Juicing Spinach
Every time I juice spinach I only receive a small amount of juice and most of the leaves remain intact. I tried rolling the spinach into a ball before placing in juicer. For those having success juicing spinach, how are you doing it? Thanks

Week 4 -Shred
I begin week four tomorrow. Due to a training class, away from home, it was somewhat difficult to follow the program during week 3. I have to admit I am not really prepared for week 4--have not read the chapter or shopped for food. I am committed to finish the 6 weeks so I need to get it together. :ohwell:

Day 10 -June 29th -Cleanse America-The Finish Line
Today is the last official day of the cleanse. It has been an amazing experience. Eating raw foods and juicing was relatively simple as long as I properly planned for my meals. On the days I did not have adequate amounts of fruits, veggies, or juices I found myself consuming a lot of nuts. I would like to continue; however…
