Will I see weight loss results if...
I stay within my calorie limit in my diet, and use walking as my exercise? I'm just back on track and my physical health is terrible, along with terrible lungs which make it hard to do intense cardiovascular workouts. If I stay within my calorie limit while walking will I see results?

Hi, I've just lowered my daily calories down to 1210 per day. I have recommended sugar levels and I always go over them because of the fruit I eat. I had a banana and a small cup of sugar free orange juice for breakfast and Im already over!
