My sugar intake is too high! Help

I have recommended sugar levels and I always go over them because of the fruit I eat. I had a banana and a small cup of sugar free orange juice for breakfast and Im already over! I dont usually have orange juice either, but I still go over by midday. Should I try reduce my intake of fruits, or not worry about it? I dont think I can live without my fruit!
