Am I eating too little?

Hi, I've just lowered my daily calories down to 1210 per day. I'm finding it surprisingly easy to eat that amount of calories per day, along with a bit of exercise, but I'm afraid that I'm eating too little... my goal used to be 1460 but now that I have people helping me with my diet I've been eating a lot more low calorie snacks and meals, therefore it's much easier to stay within the 1200 limit without going hungry or lacking nutrients. Am I eating too little if I stick within my goal by 100 calories?
