30 for 30!
I think tomorrow I'm going to give myself a challenge, which I'm going to call 30 for 30. 30 days with at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. Every single day-no exceptions! Anybody want to join me and see what kind of results we can get on a month!? I'd love to have some accountability partners! Hit me up! :)

Cruise Preparation

100+ Pounds to lose!
Ok, I have a huge task in front of me-I've lost 45 lbs as of last Friday-I still need to lose at least 100 lbs more.
