I'm a diet coke and bicardi girl-it usually doesn't effect my results too terribly as long as I don't have a midnight snack after drinking! Also rehydrate the next day-it makes a huge difference! :)

I like pear slices with cheddar cheese and crackers also I love summer sausage, cheese and cashews together (don't eat summer sausage anymore though :S)

The sodium in Frank's Sauce is insane-I don't think anyone could drink enough water to cancel that out! YIKES!!!

I agree with the others-your not eating enough-your body is going into starvation mode. Also-I noticed your carbs are really high-try adjusting your % because more protein will help with the hunger. Also eat fiber rich foods-that helps with hunger as well. Good luck! :)
