1 each large la banderita flour tortilla
1 each 70cal original boca burger-cut into bite size pieces
1/4 c. 2% reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. birdseye steamfresh red potatoes in butter chive sauce
1 T. of Brianna's Chipolte Cheddar Dressing

Anyway, it's not perfect (i'm sure more improvements could be made), but I think its tasty and a great substitute! :)

Sounds fantastic and would fill me up right away! I will have to try it. ;) Maybe with Flatbread instead of a tortilla shell though. I like those.

You could also try a lavash bread (50 cal for 6x6 serving). To get it crispy just place all the ingrediants in the bread, roll it up, and place it in the oven for a few minutes around 350 degrees. This would also give the added benefit of making the cheese all nice and gooey. Course you could also do it quesedilla style in a flat pan!
