Hi, I never log my food, I just add my calories. This seems to be a big negative on this site. Does anyone just log their calories?

Do you know what makes you binge or not binge
I usually binge when I argue with my wife or a get stressed about bills. Ironic ha, I get stressed about bills and then order in $40 dollars of chinese food? What's your trigger?

Calories and Weight Loss
I do count calories (1500), but I don't keep track of my nutrional intake. I don't eat back my exercise calories, but I do make sure I eat a decent amount of fiber and protein.
