Calories and Weight Loss

I do count calories (1500), but I don't keep track of my nutrional intake. I don't eat back my exercise calories, but I do make sure I eat a decent amount of fiber and protein. I don't write down anything I eat in my food diary but I do write the calorie count. For all of you who want and need to do all of that, then that's what will work for you but for those of us who want to just make sure we're eating less and exercising more, please don't criticize. We're all in the same boat, trying to lose weight, feel better and maybe get a little healthier in the process. Maybe down the road we will get that urge to eat everything healthy but for now, vitamins and calorie counting is my way. Thanks for the support. What's Yours?
