Going over sugar goal for fruits?
My daily sugar goal is 27g. I like to eat a piece of fruit with my coffee every morning. For example, this morning I ate an apple and it had 19g of sugar. How are you supposed to have your full servings of fruit a day without going over your sugar goal for the day? (ex. an apple and a banana would put me over by alot!)…
