- Fat (*big boned) people mistake being obnoxious with being funny. - Everyone has their own opinion on how to lose weight and think their way is the right way. Always. - MFP forums confuse the *kitten* out of me.

I posted this earlier : http://www.fitsugar.com/page/11653 Thought it was interesting... but then it might confuse you even more..cause it confused me. I just stick with what MFP says for now since I'm still early in the game. Will eventually try new things if I can't get to 10lbs lost. Bump.

Protein shakes are good! Also...You can pre make breakfast burritos with your favorite fillings, wrap them up and put them in a freezer bag to freeze 'em. Just pop 'em in the microwave or toaster oven while you get ready for your day and BAM..breakfast!

exclamation marks!!!!!! and not answering a question directly..i know brown rice is better for me BUT I'M ASKING ABOUT WHITE RICE. FOR A REASON. end rant.

I had one of those days too! Just straight out bummed! But...I have a somewhat solution for you (if you have a sweet tooth?) Make a healthy version of your favorite sweet treat and freeze some. Cheesecake actually keeps really well in the freezer. That way next time..if that ever happens again..you'll have something on…

I asked this same question. Ignore sugars from fruits, otherwise...no one would get their full servings of fruit each day! Just count added sugars. :) Don't sweat it.

What kind of Wii games do you have/like best? We have one too. :)

"Brown rice is so much more filling than white rice is and lasts in your system a lot longer, so you don't have to eat as much as you would if you ate white rice. This results in more wheat loss and increases the fiber in your system. helps any diet." I know that but it's a family dinner and that's what is being cooked.

Yeah...none of those answer my question..

You know what, I just threw together a random recipe the other day and it came out good (to me anyway). I always keep some cooked quinoa around now just in case I need to make it. 1 cup quinoa 1/4 can tuna and a little bit of basil pesto to taste squeeze a little lemon to taste as well Of course the portion sizes can…
