Runners what do you keep with you to hydrate?
I've started running at the gym and outside as well. Right now I carry my water in an empty fruit2o or Sobe bottle that I keep refilling with water. I have to unscrew the cap, drink and then screw the cap back on everytime I need water. If I don't slow wayyyyyyyyy down, I wind up wearing most of the water. What do you all…

Quest for those with Heart Rate Monitors
When I'm using fitness machines, should I pause the counter (for calories burned) when I get up to grab the bottle of cleaner or I'm waiting for the next machine to free up or generally not working? What do you do?
