Runners what do you keep with you to hydrate?

I've started running at the gym and outside as well. Right now I carry my water in an empty fruit2o or Sobe bottle that I keep refilling with water.
I have to unscrew the cap, drink and then screw the cap back on everytime I need water. If I don't slow wayyyyyyyyy down, I wind up wearing most of the water.
What do you all recommend?

I have camelbak water bottle and brita one. I find that one easier to squirt water in my house with the brita while running.0

Dehydration is not just what you drank that day. It is linked to how hydrated you've been the last few days. Keep your hydration up continuously everyday and it will help while your running.
A bottle with a squirt or bite top would probably be easiest.0 -

Absolutely, but I'm specifically wondering about how I have anything to drink without wearing it
It's the one thing I don't have patience to log in my diary (water) but I drink 32 or 48 ounces at work and either 20 or 40 ounces at the gym depending on what I do that day. Weekends I try to get all my water in, but sometimes I've got too much going on and I only get 40 ounces while exercising because I don't stop to drink water.0 -
For my longer runs I have a FuelBelt with the squeeze bottles (sports bottle type of top - you can do a pretty good job of regulating the flow & with a little practice drink on the run......small sips)0

I drink before I run and after I run. I have yet to experience the need to drink while I'm running. If you keep yourself adequately hydrated all the time it shouldn't be a problem until your mileage or the temperature gets pretty high.0

Refilled with water, and thrown in the nearest bin when finished with, saves buying a bottle and having to carry it with you empty0 -
A couple of bicycle bottles in a fanny-type pack? You stuff the nipple of the bottle in your mouth and squeeze water in. It works fine on a bicycle...
But as others have said, it depends on the length of your run. If you're taking 5K in reasonable temperatures, you don't necessarily need water with you if you are hydrating properly all the time. But if you feel the need for it, anything where you actually get the water delivery bit in your mouth and can control the water from there is fine.0
