I've been thinking about starting a couch to 5K, has anyone done it? What do they think? I googled a "schedule" and it kinda looked easy.. has a rest day every other day.. does anyone work out on rest days.. I've almost lost 10 pounds (didn't really notice it, but coworkers did) and saw this idea on the website Pinterest. Alright y'all! I'm going to Fridays tonight with the girls for a girls night out, however, I've never been there.. I've researched their calorie menu online and found that basically I can drink water.. any suggestions on what I can eat?!

Pounds/inches
I weighed in Tuesday. I've only lost 5 pounds, however, I've gone down 4 pants sizes. I haven't actually measured inches because I didn't think it was that big of the deal.. but could it be?

30 day biggest loser jumpstart!
Have any of you done this? They are 10 minute exercises, 6 days a week. If you have, what did you think? I started it today and really enjoyed todays cardio! However, I'm not sure how to log it into MFP.. any suggestions?! Thanks!

Calorie counters at the gym
So I'm stumped. When I was on the elliptical, it said that I burned 110 calories. That's awesome. Yay. Go me. However, when I come back home and plug it into my myfitnesspal it said that for the amount of time spent, I actually burned 229 calories. Which one is accurate?! Thanks :)
