Is anyone else doing p90x? And how do you log that into your exercise?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hi, I am using p90x. Created the workout but don't know how to log calories. So for today, I just added Core Synergistics to the list.0

You really should get a HRM to get an accurate number of calories burned.
If you are truly sweating buckets during the workouts, your caloric burn would be around 600-800 (some people even 1000)
I used the MFP estimate for Kickboxing for the Kenpo DVD, and it gave me 600ish calories burned, when I finally got a HRM, I was burning 860 calories for the workout, for me that's a lot of calories to NOT be eating back.
For now, if you can't afford a HRM, you could use 600 calories burned for an estimate.
Good Luck!0
