I weighed in Tuesday. I've only lost 5 pounds, however, I've gone down 4 pants sizes. I haven't actually measured inches because I didn't think it was that big of the deal.. but could it be?

Absolutely! You are obviously burning fat while adding lean muscle-awesome! A lb of muscles is lots more compact than a lb of fat as you can now tell. Go ahead & measure now so you will have numbers to compare & be proud of. Congrats!

That's great! But that seems like a big change in pant sizes for so little pounds. I have lost 7 pounds and I haven't even gone down one full size yet.

Are you sure it's not just the brand of pants? But it's different for every person, so maybe if you carry your wait in your waist, then that's where it came off of.

Keep up the good work though! :)

    Thanks!
I just got promoted at work, and needed to buy new work pants, so the brand is the same, and they are 4 down from what I bought before. I was really excited and then I stepped on the scale.. and was a little disappointed. Thanks for boosting my confidence :)

  • First: CONGRATS!!! Well done on losing so many inches. I used to think it wasn't a big deal either, and that weight was important. But, while I am having trouble dropping pounds, I am noticing that I am losing inches around my waist and neck; my family has noticed too. I am actually going pants shopping this weekend, and I am excited to see what size I need to buy. Again, congrats! Continue losing those inches!!!
