Registered for 1st comp :)
I have registered for my first comp on the 25th Jan in Brentwood, Essex UK for the BDFPA I was talked into competing by my coach and I'm now really looking forward to it :)

push ups
have no problem with any of the insanity workouts, no problem keeping up until they get to pushups!!! arrrgh I just can't master them!! grrr its frustrating! just venting :)

superset/alternating sets
Just a question regarding the alternating sets, are these supersets, i.e. no rest in between or do you do one set then rest 60 secs then do the other set? From what I read in the book it says rest, but then people refer to them as supersets? :)

Step Ups
Hey guys I was wondering when doing the step ups do you land back down on your trailing leg and bring your working leg back to the floor and then step up again, which is what I have seen on youtube videos or do you step up so your training leg is level with the bench and then lower back to near the floor? thanks

NROLFW - Starting out - HELP Please
I am reading through the book New Rules of Lifting for Women and I am trying to figure out the workout schedule?? Stage one has workout A, on this workout there is A: Squat, but what is meant by the Workouts 1,2 Workouts 3, 4 etc. and on workout day A do i do all them sets on one day? i.e 10 sets of squats? thanks :)
