I am reading through the book New Rules of Lifting for Women and I am trying to figure out the workout schedule??
Stage one has workout A, on this workout there is A: Squat, but what is meant by the Workouts 1,2 Workouts 3, 4 etc.
and on workout day A do i do all them sets on one day? i.e 10 sets of squats?

Workout 1, 2, 3, etc. means each time you do that particular workout. Generally speaking you'll do Workout A one day, then Workout B, then Workout A. You want to do this program 3 times a week ideally.
So this week you'd do Workout A #1, then Workout B #1, then Workout A #2, then next week you'd do Workout B #2, Workout A #3, and Workout B #3. Does that make sense? Until you get through all of the numbers, then you move on to Stage 2.
And the 10 means reps, not sets, so you would do 10 reps of 2 or 3 sets of squats (depending on your ability).
