50 pounds down
still have more to lose but i thought i would show my progress. im 5'7 and 77 kilos currently, i started at over 100. my final goal is 63 kilos. how i did it? eat right and exercise! i never did the same thing i had to mix it up all the time or i would stop losing, most importantly i never gave up.
