That's a really difficult question and I don't think you'll get a straightforward answer. I like this website http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm because it gives you a "healthy range" to aim for. I'd suggest aiming for the top of the range (by my calculations ~150-160 pounds) then see how you feel/look.0

As a 5'7 lady myself i would say 150-155 is a great goal - please not anyone reading this i said I WOULD say - just my opinion x
WELL DONE on your loss so far thats amazing0 -
I'd say about another 40. I think in kgs but generally around 60 kgs (or 65 if you are bigger build) is an ok weight for most women.0

65 kgs is only 143 lbs. That's pretty low for someone who is 5'7...
I'd say think in terms of smaller goals...like 10 lbs, then re-evaluate. Every body is completely different, and you can't really get a straight forward weight goal from people who do not know your body.0 -
I am 5' 6.5" (5'7" on a good day) and I am now at 130lbs (ish) which is what I used to weigh when I was 18.
I still have baggy bits that I would like to get rid of, but weight wise I think this is where I want to be.0 -
I am 5'7" and started at 181 and am now 148. I think 145 is good for me but it depends on your body as I am fairly big boned.0
