Do you have a "cheat" meal/day?
I'm just curious... I have read a few things that say it's a good idea but being I am a "all or nothing" personality I find if I have a cheat meal I end up going way off track... obviously I have some control issues :-) Anyone else schedule a cheat or do you find it better not too? Jen
