I'm just preparing to start JM Ripped in 30 dvds.... but I also love lifting heavy (I do 3 rotations... arms/abs, shoulders/chest, back/legs). Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to start incorporating the DVDS with a lidting program? thanks!

Weighing during Reset
I'm on week 5 of my reset... I havn't looked at the scale bc I know it will most likely bum me out, and I'm not interested in that! However, in a lot of posts I've seen that people keep a close eye on their scale to see when they are gaining/maintaining at TDEE... should I be doing this?!
