I need to hike
It's been about 6 weeks since I have been traipsing through the woods. This working 2 jobs thing is really getting in the way of my fun. Hopefully i will be able to get out soon. Is anyone else missing out on hiking?

32.6 miles done on the AT
Just got back Saturday from doing 32 miles on the AT. Went from Devils Fork Gap to the Nolichucky River. Started out in the rain but the weather was great for the whole trip. Water was plentiful. What do you eat on the trail?
Always looking for ideas for the trail. I don't have a dehydrator so I can't do stuff myself. I always tend to eat processed carbs. 7 day trip coming up
I managed to snag another week off of work and will be able to hike for 7 days. I will be meeting up with the guy that I hiked with earlier this year. It's a little hard to plan though. Let's talk squats
I find it really difficult to get below parallel. I am sure some of it's my weight and some of it flexibility. Does anyone know anything I can do to improve my squat range of motion.
