Ladies, what kind of sports bra do you wear?
To the ladies, especially the busty ladies like me: What kind of sports bra do you like? I've been wearing Moving Comfort - Fiona, and another Moving Comfort that I can't remember the name of. Does anyone have any experience with racer back sports bras that are good for running/jumping for us chestier ladies?

How's it going out there in H-town land?
Everyone enjoying this beautiful weather? Get outside and do something active and FUN this weekend! Weather should be on the warmer side and wonderful!!! We are going to hiking (or something like hiking) in Mercer Arboretum in Humble and a long bike ride in George Bush Park! Anyone else have fun and exciting plans?

Inov-8 shoes
Does anyone wear these? What do you think of the fit? One of our CF coaches wears them and recommended them. I just got a pair in the size shoe I normally wear and they feel good in the foot part but the toe box seems long. I'm debating whether to send them back and get a smaller size.

How do you fit the variety of training in?
I really don't want to sound like I'm whining because I know I got myself into this, but I'm having an issue getting in *all* the training I think I need and still having a life! I feel like I'm either at work/school (granted the semester just ended so that will be slightly less of an issue), at the gym (to swim), on the…

Let's talk about egg yolks...
Someone recently mentioned to me that when they boiled a lot of eggs they peeled them all and took out all the yolks. I asked why, and the only response I got was "every body builder and personal trainer I know has told me to not eat the yolk." To you all out there in MFP land, what is your opinion of egg yolks? For or…

OMG is it a tumor??? (NSV... not a tumor)
So it's getting warm down here in the south and I finally broke out the sleeveless shirts. So I'm sitting at lunch today and I look at my upper arm and there is a bulge on my arm. My first reaction is OMG WTH is that??? Do I have a tumor? (forgive me I work with cancer patients and get a little jumpy about the unnormal).…

What I learned at my Newbie Tri Clinic
Went to at newbie tri clinic this weekend. This one was more specific to the pool swim tri that I am doing in June, but a lot of the information applies elsewhere. Blog post below is some of the more interesting and useful things I learned:…

The scale is hardly moving... and I'm finally OK with that!
So I've been really working MFP for about a month and a half, I was seeing progress on the scale and then nothing! I stumbled across this group when I was doing research about BRM, TDEE, etc. So one month ago (well more like 3 weeks) I started EMTWL around the same time started CrossFit (exactly 1 month ago). I'm not going…

Hi all! I don't know about yall but I love Groupon and Living Social deals to do new things that I think might be fun!! Through sites like these I've done a couple of incredibly fun outings (that burn some calories!!) like indoor rock climbing, jumping on trampolines, and most recently CrossFit. Here is one that I got…

Additional Protein (don't eat much meat)
So, the other day I saw UponThisRock's (I think it was him) blog post (it would sooo be nice to be able to save blog posts for later reference like you can with message boards) about how peanut butter isn't the best source of protein in restricted calorie diets. I have to say that I hadn't ever thought of it that way, I…

%Carb/%Prot/%Fat
Not a BMR question!! YAY!! I've heard the 30% Carb, 40%Protein, 30% Fat ratios. My question is for endurance athletes UDSA reccomends 50-55% Carbs . (http://www.livestrong.com/article/198282-balanced-diet-for-an-athlete/) I'm both lifting heavy (CrossFit), training for a tri and endurance bike ride. Any suggestions…

I think I finally got this right!

BMR: 1530 TDEE: 2730 Net calorie Goal: 1800 Exercise 5-6 days a week including 2x per week CrossFit and Tri training (calories burned varies) Yesterday:…

Not really sure what I've gotten myself into... but looking
Hi all, So... for the past 4 or so years I've been running and riding and training for half marathons and endurance rides. During training for my last half marathon I got bored and decided that I wanted to attempt a tri. I grew up swimming recreationally so figured I have a couple months I can train and this will be fun!…

%Fat reading on Polar HRM
I have a polar F6 HRM, on the screen with how many calories burned it also has a % Fat. Does anyone know how this % should be interpreted? How is it determined? What is a good goal for %Fat burned in a workout? Thanks!

To a year of health and accomplishment!
Hi All, My name is Ruth. I just wanted to introduce myself and say Hi! I have been using MFP for the past week and love it! Truth-be-told I actually setup my account a couple months ago and haven't really used it for anything other than weighing in. I had been somewhat tracking my food using the old WW style I was…
