Meat and shake free Protein?
Hi all, Wondered if anyone has any suggestions for a meat free 40/40/20. I am not keen on taking commercial protein shakes but happy to make my own. I live in the UK so am struggling to find tips with non-stateside ingredients. Any help appreciated :happy:

I don't take meds
Hi, I am fairly new to MFP but just found and joined this group - I had a thyroid operation 16 years ago - (early 20s then) and had my left lobe removed. safe to run on tight calves?
Hi, Quick question - appreciate any advice - I am new to running - ran yesterday and have tight calves today - just wanted to get out and do a gentle jog today - is that safe? And yes - ran with trainer yesterday so did lots of stretching before and after... Thanks for any help

can you convert number of steps to miles/kilometers?
I am fairly new to MFP and am looking for some advice... I am doing my first ever run in June and want to work up to 8kilometers, I have a pedometer so does anyone know how I calculate/average steps to distance easily. Thanks for any help

Should I set a goal
I have been steadily exercising and gym training now since November, and have lost weight and feel great 6 kgs lighter. However I feel now that maybe I should have an aim - it might feel better to know how far I have to go, know I am half way there etc.? I do feel better just getting fitter, my goals are health motivated…
