Anybody looking to lose 20lbs or less?
I have about 6-7lbs before I'm at a normal BMI and I have 16.2lbs until I am at my tentative goal weight. Anybody with similar numbers to lose? Maybe we can start a thread for those of us trying to lose 20lbs or less :)

Diary Creepin'?

What would you do?
Monday i did my first day of couch to 5k. tonight is my second day. My shins hurt so bad from day one still! im not sure why i stretched and did a warm up! :( A girl I work with says my body just needs to get use to it and it will stop hurting eventually. Is she right? should I still run?

protein?
I just planned all my meals for today and my protein is -11g, so I have 11g more protein than I should according to MFP... is that neccesarily a bad thing? Will it hinder my weight loss?
