Need chocolate suggestions
I always crave chocolate at night. I do great during the day (usually), but after I get home and eat dinner, I crave chocolate. I need suggestions for low calorie chocolate that actually takes away the craving. Pudding and 100 calorie packs just don't do it for me :(

New job...but work clothes are too big
Yay for me. I got a new job today as an intern that could lead to full time employment when I graduate next year (keeping my fingers crossed). My problem is that I've lost about 1- 1 1/2 sizes, so my "professional" clothes don't fit me anymore. These are plus sizes, so a 22 is really big on my 18/20 body now. I am a…

TOM question
How much weight do you normally gain during TOM? When do you notice the weight gain (like first day, middle, end, etc)? It's my TOM, and I gained 0.8 pounds since Thursday. I'm just curious if that falls within the normal range, or (hopefully I really lost some weight but am bloated, etc so it makes it *appear* as if I…

Nervous about going to the gym
I am on this site because I need to lose weight. I can (usually) do pretty good about eating healthier, but I struggle to exercise. I am nervous to go to a gym because I'm afraid people will wonder "why is the fat girl at the gym?" I am a college student, and I walked into the gym on campus and everyone seemed to be a size…

10% down!!
I know when I did WW several years ago, you were supposed to set "mini-goals" of 10%. I reached that today. Yay!! My BMI has dropped also from 43.3 to 39.1 (4.2 points). It gives me motivation to keep working hard when I can see results on the scale. When I look at myself in the mirror, I can't see results but a few women…

I am back on the wagon.
I'm done being on a diet/not being on a diet/sorta kinda being on a diet. That's it. I'm done being in between. I am 100% fully committed to doing what I am supposed to do to lose weight. I have jumped back on the wagon!!

Yay! I lost my first 10%.
I went to WW a few years ago and they said that my mini-goal should be ten percent. I finally did it! I've lost 24 pounds which puts me just over 10%. (I also haven't been doing well eating/exercising for the past 6 weeks, so that makes it even more exciting). I'm back on track now. It's amazing how losing weight keeps me…

I just had to post....
so I could see my ticker go down another 5 pounds! 17 pounds and counting. The amazing thing (to me anyhow) is that once I got started, I discovered that I actually enjoy exercise. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Online Calorie Counter

Small success #1
Yesterday was the start of lent and of a new me. I promised myself that I would give up snacking for Lent. (My biggest weakness is late night snacking in excess of 700-800 calories). Yesterday I did it. It might seem minor, but it's the first time in months that I haven't snacked. I just ate my regular meals and nothing…

Yet another newbie!!
Hello. At the first of the year, I decided to go on a diet/exercise plan. It worked! I lost 12 pounds by the end of January. Since then, I've been eating nonstop (and I've probably gained the weight back). I entered my food for the day into the calorie tracker and was shocked!!! It's time for me to actively take control of…
