10% down!!

I know when I did WW several years ago, you were supposed to set "mini-goals" of 10%. I reached that today. Yay!! My BMI has dropped also from 43.3 to 39.1 (4.2 points). It gives me motivation to keep working hard when I can see results on the scale. When I look at myself in the mirror, I can't see results but a few women at work have commented, so the results have got to be there, right?

    Congratulations! Losing 10% of your weight and lowering your BMI over 4 points is awesome! I know what you mean about not being able to see your losses on yourself in the mirror, but you know if someone else notices enough to mention it, the results are showing! It's always a good idea to take a before shot so you'll have something to compare your current self to. I know I can't believe I was as big as my pictures show, but they don't lie! It also motivates me to go forward to see the differences. Another good idea is to take measurements every so often. That way you can really guage your progress.

    Thanks. I have a before shot (unintentional, it's just a pic of me at my heaviest), and I looked at it today. I can't tell a difference, but I'll try to keep losing so that I can see a difference.
