Yet another newbie!!

Hello. At the first of the year, I decided to go on a diet/exercise plan. It worked! I lost 12 pounds by the end of January. Since then, I've been eating nonstop (and I've probably gained the weight back). I entered my food for the day into the calorie tracker and was shocked!!! It's time for me to actively take control of my eating and exercise habits. Just entering my calories into the calorie tracker will help me immensely.

Anyone need/want a workout buddy?
