45lbs in 3 months...help me out
i want to lose 45 lbs in 3 months which is 15lbs a month. I eat 1450 calories a day, a number arbitrarily set by me after having lost 21lbs on a 1280 calorie allotment. Leg Curl machine...does this machine hurt anyone else?
The leg curl machine at my gym has an exaggerated bucket seat, so your knees are higher TH an your butt when sitting, and while I do "feel the b urn" when I'm using it I also feel a dull pain through the top part o fmy thigh. How do you know when it's time to increase the weights?
I've been strength training and pushing myself pretty hard but I'm not sure when I should increase my weights. Should I increase when I no longer feel muscle soreness after a workout or should I increase my weights at steady and constant intervals? TIA.

What do you plan on eating once you reach your goal?
