When does a cheat meal/weekend turn into a binge?

After 3 months of eating only whole foods and kick starting my weight loss again I decided to have a cheat meal. That cheat meal quickly turned into a cheat weekend. The plan was that I was not going to count calories or watch my portions to closely. Fast forward to today, 3rd day in cheat weekend and I have already consumed:
2.5 bags of popcorn
3 black bean veggie burgers,
1 large what-a-burger large fry,
1 small order of vegetable soup,
1 order of fried orange tofu w/ steamed white rice,
3 packs of instant noodles,
1 soy hot chocolate from Starbucks
1 box of cereal..
Is this considered to be a binge? I am asking because after the first cheat day I was experiencing general heaviness in my mid-section but continued to eat because while I was hungry, I felt full...I hope that makes sense.
. I enjoyed the foods but it will be a LONG time before I do this again. It was fun while it lasted but its time to get back on the healthy bandwagon.

If that food was over the span of 3 days, no I would not call that a binge.0

Nahh, you're good. That's over a 3 day period so you have nothing to worry about.0
