Any trainers out there that can give advice? HELP!
I have been going to the gym, but not quite sure I'm doing things right. I need a very elementary routine to start off with and master, then move up. The trainers at my gym give off the impression that they will only talk to you if you are already fit.

SO, I joined about 2 months ago or so, and was doing GREAT! I hadn't lost too much weight, but I could definitely tell I was toning up. Work got crazy, as well as school and remodeling my home; so my eating habits with my lack of working out got me back to the start! SOO- Let's be friends and get serious together! :)

Hello all:) We are currently remodeling our home, and have started in the kitchen! Yikes! SO - I'm unable to really use anything in it, except the fridge and pantry. Does anyone have any great, QUICK recipes they can share that doesn't require the oven/stove? Thanks!
