NEW to Fitness Pal!

Hey ya'll-

I joined this site yesterday, and have officially began my diet today! About two years ago, I had issues with my weight and let's just say I was to skinny. I started to just eat, and eat and eat, and honestly it felt REALLY good that I just ate without thinking or caring. Well, as we all know, you balloon up quickly. I lost my weight the unhealthy way initially, so I gained it all back quickly. I am still in a "normal" weight range for my age/height, but I am not happy with my body. I would like to be more toned, and overall healthier. So, I decided with the New Year that it was time to make a lifestyle change and become more active and healthier!

I'm excited to learn new recipes, and actually figure out what I'm putting into my body!
