Grrrr! Hate to waste it...
I just hate getting a nice firm head of lettuce home and finding it full of brown spots in the middle of the head! I used to live in Arizona where they grew head lettuce and I know how bad the fields smell when they flood them. Guess I shouldn't be suprised at anything I find inside. Always triple wash your lettuce!

OMG how nauseating!
I just opened a new bag of salad greens with a date of 8/6. It looked ok from the outside, no excess moisture in the bag. The stench that rolled out of the bag when I opened it... Gahh! Smelled like nasty nasty feet! Funny thing, not hungry now.

My brother sent me half a dozen Walla Walla Sweet Onions! Ohhhh they are the best! I have so many that I need some recipes to use them in! Any one have a good onion soup recipe?
