Morning all,
I started some exercises yesterday that were given to me by a PT a couple years ago when I found out I had a couple herniated discs in my low back. I am using a resistance band and the exercises are done from a seated and standing position and are primarily focusing on the posture and core muscles. I am not working up a real sweat from these, more like a "dew". The routine lasts about 20-25 minutes. It's more than stretching, but less than weight lifting and calisthenics. Any clue as to how I would log this?
Thanks in advance!
