Help! I have the night time munchies
I have always had a problem eating a lot at night. I will have a good amount of calories left to eat, but I just don't want to stop eating. It doesn't matter if I have 2-3 snacks, I still want more. Sweet Potatoes Make me Hot!
And by hot, I mean my face gets warm and sweats. Everyone I tell about this thinks I'm a freak. Can someone tell why this is? BTW, I LOVE sweet potatoes.

5'5" 142.5 to 124.8 (pear shape)
It took me about a 100 days, but I did it! My advice is to stick with it. Those last few are the hardest pounds to lose, but if your priority is being healthy and getting fit, you will eventually get there! Thank you, MFP pals!!!

How did you decide your goal weight?
It dawned on me today that I didn't really give much thought about deciding my goal weight. I don't want to change it, but I am curious what drew you to your number? :smile:

At what point does fluid intake become excessive?
I often go over my goal of 8 servings of water a day. This morning I realized yesterday I had 96 oz of water, two cups of coffee, two glasses of unsweet tea, and a Monster Energy drink (0 calorie)... and a slim-fast shake, if that counts. So my question to you all is when is it "too much"?
