Reverse diet time
So after this week I will have completed 10/12 weeks on my cut. I'm on pace to go 10lbs in 10 weeks and my original goal was to lose 10 lbs over 12 weeks. Bulk or Maintain?
So based on 7 weeks of cutting I am averaging 0.80lbs/week. After 12 weeks of cutting I should be at 158 lbs @ 12% BF. Should I bulk .5-1.0 lbs/week until I hit 15% BF or Maintain for 6-8 weeks then cut again back to 10%? (After I hit 10% BF I would bulk up to 15% and start the cycle over again.) Recommended BF% before reverse diet?
I'm currently at 165 15-16% BF and I know I have a few more weeks before I reach the 12-13% range. I was thinking that I should aim for 10-11% before I reverse diet back into a bulk? Help? Thanks!

Bulking and feeling slugish....
My current macro split is 85 F / 150 P / 425 C Anyone else experience feeling slugish and sloppy throughout the day when increasing your carbs? Doesn't matter whether my carbs are refined or complex I feel the same way. Sleep hasn't changed, workout program hasn't changed, etc..... Suggestions? Thanks!
