I've been working through my disease for 22 years now at the age of 34. Looking for fellow friends.

    Crohn's disease sucks 😂 diagnosed 3 years ago. But I haven't let that stop me from hitting the gym 💪

    I have Crohn's Disease. Diagnosed 3 years ago but have had it for 19 years. At onset, I was underweight. Then maintained a normal weight until hospitalization and diagnosis. Gained 30 lbs on Prednisone and Remicade in one year. Now I am on Stelara due to adverse reaction to Remicade and hoping the weight can come off. It wouldn't shift at all on Remicade. Any advice?
