Calorie Deficit Question
My new garmin works out both my resting calories and my active calories. So today for example I've ate 1900 calories and overall calories burned are 2901. That gives a calorie Deficit of roughly 1000 calories? And is the same as me working out my BMR & TDEE ect? I know that these watches aren't 100% accurate! Thanks in…

Protein shakes help
I want to start having protein shakes to help with my marathon training but I do not like milk or anything with a milkshake/creamy appearance/texture is there a company who supply to the UK who do juice like powders ?
